摘　　要：作为小学教师职前培养十分重要的课程,“小学教师英语口语”课程在发展小学教育专业学生的教师英语口语素养的同时承载着思想政治教育的功能。在课程思政教学中,需要坚持科学性、注重时代性、强化民族性,通过精选内容来奠定课程思政的底色,通过精心设计来彰显课程思政的成色,通过精彩呈现来打造课程思政的亮色,进而有效达成课程思政教学目标,顺利实现该课程的育人价值。As a very important course for cultivating pre-service primary teachers,Oral English for Primary Teachers has the function of ideological and political education while developing students’oral English literacy.In the ideological and political teaching,the teacher needs to adhere to the scientific nature,keep up with the times,and strengthen the national character.Besides,the teaching content should be well selected to lay a solid foundation,the teaching design should be elaborated to guarantee the quality,and the teaching delivery should be done wonderfully to produce glamour,thus attaining the ideological and political education goals and achieving the educational value of the course.
