融研入教,助推过程设备创新设计——以搅拌设备为例

摘　　要：为了进一步培养和提高学生的创新能力,提升创新人才培养质量,山东大学过程装备与控制工程专业提出了“融研入教、以研助教”的学生培养理念,以项目为导向构建了教研相融的人才培养模式,给出了关键问题的解决方法和具体的实施方案,并开展了搅拌设备创新设计,取得了创新成果。该模式的实施培养了学生的创新意识,锻炼了学生的创新能力,为其他工科专业提供了可借鉴的大学生创新能力培养路径。In order to further cultivate and improve students'innovation ability and improve the cultivation quality of innovative talents,a cultivation idea of integrating scientific research into the teaching and teaching based on scientific research has been put forward in the major of Process Equipment and Control Engineering in Shandong University.A project-oriented talent training model that integrating scientific research into the teaching process has been implemented.Solutions of the key problems and feasible plans of the project were presented.The agitation equipment innovation design was carried out according the guidelines suggested here.Fruitful results have been achieved.The new model is helpful to train students'innovative consciousness and innovative ability,which has the significance of reference and promotion value.
