摘 要:师德师风是评价教师队伍素质的第一标准,立德树人是高校师德师风建设的根本任务。立德树人的出发点和落脚点都是“人”,一份来自华东理工大学以《新时代高校教师职业行为十项准则》为依据进行的调研(包括问卷调查和访谈)显示:“00后”大学生希望教师“学高为师,身正为范”,传递正确的价值观;教师不能满足学生“探索性、反思性学习”是导致师生关系止步于“教”与“学”、无法形成良好生师互动氛围的主要原因。Teacher's ethics and virtues are the overarching criteria for the evaluation of teaching staff's quality.Fostering virtue and cultivating people with its intention and purpose centering on people are the fundamental tasks for colleges and universities'cultivation of teachers'morality.This paper's research questionnaire is made based on the Ten Principles of Teachers'Professional Conduct in the New Era.Through surveys and interviews,this paper finds that university students born in the 2000sexpect teachers to be instructive and exemplary in right value guidance.In addition,the main reason that teachers and students'relationship is confined to teaching and learning and fails to form mutually promoting one lies in teachers'incapability to stimulate students'exploratory and reflective study.
