摘 要:文中针对焊缝外观的检测需求,设计了一种基于结构光的检测系统,推导了基于设计结构的坐标变换模型,提出了基于阶梯试块的最优化标定方法以及基于滑动灰度加权的中心线提取方法,设计了基于偏离值与轮廓拟合修正的焊趾定位方法,实现了焊缝外观参数的检测。试验结果表明,该系统具有良好的检测精度和稳定性,可满足实际生产需求。A detection system based on structured light was designed according to the requirements of visual inspection of weld appearance in this article.The coordinate transformation model was deduced for the designed system.An optimization method based on multi-steps sample was proposed for the system calibration while the sliding gray-weighted method was also designed for the center line extraction.A deviation-based algorithm combined with fitting correction was proposed for weld toe location in order to measure the weld shape parameters.The experimental results showed that the system was of good accuracy and stability which could meet the needs of actual production.
