摘　　要：盗窃车内财物案件现场痕迹物证具有遗留少、易受污染破坏、有效提取困难的特点,物证的发现、提取是此类案件现勘工作的难点。为快速有效地勘查现场,更具针对性地提取痕迹物证,本文围绕现场手印及DNA生物物证的发现提取,总结此类案件8个勘验重点部位,并就纠正手印与DNA提取过程中重此轻彼倾向、做细痕迹物证的照相固定以及勘查关联现场提出建议。For the cases of stealing property in vehicles,the investigators usually encounter the problem of fewer scene evidential marks that are even prone to be polluted and/or damaged,thus difficult to extract effectively.In order to quickly and effectively scrutinize the relevant scenes and extract the evidential marks more pertinently,one summarization was here made about focusing on the discovery and extraction of fingerprints and/or DNA biological evidence,with eight key locations being stressed.Additionally,suggestions were also put forward on getting rid of the bias that fingerprint-harbored DNA extraction is paid more attention than the fingerprint itself,having emphasized at the prudential ascertainment into evidential marks and correlative scenes with fittest photographs to make them fixed,too.
