摘　　要：膀胱炎性肌纤维细胞瘤(IMT)是一种罕见的具有一定恶性潜能的间叶源性肿瘤。本文报道我院2011年1月至2019年10月经手术及病理证实的膀胱IMT 4例,患者发病年龄20-62岁,男性3例,女性1例,病灶均为单发,病灶长径1.7cm~3.9cm, 3例呈类圆形结节,1例呈不规则肿块,位于膀胱前上壁1例,前壁1例,侧壁2例。3例突向腔内,1例向腔外生长并累及腹膜及脐尿管。CT平扫病灶呈等密度,增强扫描3例结节动脉期呈明显环状强化,静脉期进一步强化,另1例肿块呈渐进性明显不均匀强化,病灶邻近膀胱壁增厚。本文认为膀胱壁软组织结节呈环形渐进性明显强化是膀胱IMT的典型CT表现,最终确诊仍需要依靠病理及免疫组化。Inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor(IMT) of the urinary bladderis a rare intermediate mesenchymal tissue tumor.We reported 4 IMTof urinary bladder cases confirmed surgically and pathologically from January 2011 to October 2019, patients are around 20 to 62 years old, including male 3 cases and female 1 case. All patients with IMT of urinary bladder showed a single lesion with the diameter ranging from 1.7 cm to 3.9 cm, of which 3 were roundnodules, and the other 1 was irregular mass.The lesions located at top wall of the bladder in 1 case, anterior wall 1 case and lateral wall 2 cases. 3 nodules protruded into the lumen, the other mass protruded out of the lumen and involved the peritoneum and urachus.All lesions showed isodensity on CT plain scan, after the injection of contrast enhanced agent, 3 nodules showed marked annular enhancement in the arterial phase and further enhancement in the venous phase, the another irregular mass showed progressive marked enhancement. The lesion adjacent bladder walls were thickened and enhanced slightly. We concluded that asoft tissue nodule in urinary bladder wall shows annular and progressive marked enhancement was typical CT manifestation of IMT, butthe final diagnosis relies on pathology and immunohistochemistry.
