摘 要:目的:为了实现涡阳苔干栽培的高产高效,对株行距配置进行优化研究。方法:采用两因素四和五水平完全随机区组设计,共20个处理,比较各组间主要农艺性状及产量。结果:在试验区间范围内,随着行距的增大,苔干产量有下降的趋势。定植密度在180000~210000株/hm^( 2) ,行距30~35 cm,苔干产量最高。在相同密度条件下,每穴2株定植产量较低。结论:生产宜用定植密度180000~210000株/hm^( 2) ,行距30~35 cm,能够获得较高的苔干产量。Objective:To realize the high yield and high efficiency of spring cultivation for Lactuca sativa in Guoyang County,optimizing the row and plant spacing configuration was studied.the main agronomic trarts and yield were compared.Methods:20 treatments of two factors,four and five levels were designed in a completely random area.Results:Within the test range,the yield of Lactuca sativa has a tendency to decline with the increase of row spacing.In 180000-210000 plants/hm^( 2) planting density and 30-35 cm row spacing,the yield was the highest.Under the condition of the same density,the yield of 2 plants per hole was lower.Conclusion:It is advisable to adopt the planting density of 180000-210000 ten thousand plants/hm^( 2) and row spacing of 30-35 cm,higher yield of Lactuca sativa for spring cultivation can be obtained.
