COVID-19疫情暴发前后大学生自测健康状况的比较研究

摘　　要：目的:了解COVID-19疫情暴发前后大学生健康水平的变化情况。方法:采用整群抽样方法,应用自行设计的“大学生自测健康状况调查问卷”,分别于疫情暴发前后,对两个小班62名大学生进行调查。对比疫情暴发前现场调查数据和疫情暴发期网络调查数据,比较大学生总体自测健康水平及各维度水平。结果:疫情暴发期大学生总体自测健康水平较疫情暴发前显著降低(P<0.001);在维度和子量表方面,疫情暴发期间大学生身体症状与器官功能得分低于疫情前(P<0.001),生理健康水平也低于疫情前(P<0.001);男性总体健康水平高于女性;女性更容易受到疫情的影响且总体健康水平较疫情前显著降低(P<0.001)。结论:COVID-19疫情暴发期间,大学生总体健康水平受到不利影响并显著降低,特别是女性大学生,需引起教育相关部门重视。Objective:To investigate the health status of college students before and after the outbreak of COVID-19.Methods:The self-designed questionnaire on the health status of college students was used to investigate 62 college students from two small classes twice,and the data from the field survey before the outbreak and the network survey during the outbreak period were compared.Results:The overall health level of college students was significantly reduced by the epidemic situation(P<0.001);in terms of dimensions and subscales,the scores of physical symptoms and organ functions of college students during the outbreak were lower than those before the outbreak(P<0.001),and the level of physical health was also lower than that before the outbreak(P<0.001).The overall health level of males is better than that of females.Women were more vulnerable to the epidemic and their overall health was significantly lower than before the epidemic(P<0.001).Conclusion:The epidemic of the COVID-19 has indeed brought adverse effects on the overall health of college students,especially female college students,which should be paid attention to by relevant departments.
