摘  要:随着我国海上风电的迅猛发展,感应电机作为一种主流电机已广泛用作海上风电中的发电机组。针对感应电机无速度传感器控制中转速估算误差大、过渡不平滑及反馈矩阵的计算量大等问题,设计了一种基于简化型反馈矩阵的新型全阶观测器方案。设计时先按照极点平移法推导出反馈矩阵中各元素的表达式,再从稳定性与收敛速度两方面综合考虑,提出一种反馈矩阵的简化思想,以减小计算量及实现难度。通过对方案进行仿真与实验,结果表明该新型全阶观测器在感应电机的无速度传感器控制过程中观测精度高,动态性能好,工程实用性强。With the rapid development of offshore wind power in our country,the induction motors have been widely used as generator sets in offshore wind power as a mainstream motor.A new full-order observer scheme based on a simplified feedback matrix was designed.It was mainly used to solve these problems,including large speed estimation error,low transition smoothness,and large feedback matrix calculation in speed sensorless control of induction motors.The expression of each element in the feedback matrix was derived by means of the pole shift method in the beginning and then a simplified idea of feedback matrix was proposed to reduce the amount of calculation and the difficulty of implementation considering the two aspects of stability and convergence speed during the process of design.After simulation and experiment of the scheme,the results show that the new full-order observer has high observation accuracy,good dynamic performance and strong engineering practicability in the speed sensorless control process of induction motor.
