供给侧改革视角下法学应用型人才培养模式创新的探索——以湖南人文科技学院为例

摘　　要：当前我国高校法学教育同质化倾向、结构性矛盾等问题比较突出,我国进入高质量发展阶段也对法学人才培养提出了新要求,法学教育供给侧改革势在必行。湖南人文科技学院法学专业在深化人才培养模式改革,提高人才培养质量方面进行了多年实践探索,基于该校法学专业在应用型人才培养方面改革的具体实践与举措,探索供给侧改革视角下提高人才培养质量的方式方法,并对改革应用型法学人才培养提出建议。At present,the homogenization tendency and structural contradictions of law education in universities become prominent.China’s entry into the high-quality development stage puts forward new requirements for the cultivation of law talents.Therefore,the reform of the supply side of law education is imperative.The law major of Hunan University of Humanities,Science and Technology has carried out many years of practical exploration in deepening the reform of talent training mode and improving the quality of talent training.Focusing on the specific practice and measures of the reform of the law major of Hunan University of Humanities,Science and Technology in the aspect of application-oriented talent training,this paper explores the ways to improving the quality of talent training from the perspective of supply side reform,and puts forward some suggestions on the reform of application-oriented talent training.
