国外政府门户开放重大公共卫生事件相关数据现状分析

摘　　要：以受新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情影响较大及政府数据开放水平较高的5个国家(美国、印度、英国、加拿大和澳大利亚)为研究对象,从数据发布时间、发布机构、数据主题、开放等级、使用许可几方面调查分析国外政府新冠肺炎疫情数据开放现状及主要问题。Five countries(the United States,India,the United Kingdom,Canada and Australia) that are most affected by COVID-19 epidemic and have the highest level of government data openness are selected as the study objects,and the current situation and major problems of COVID-19 epidemic data opening of foreign governments are investigated and analyzed from the aspects of data release time,release agency,data subject,opening level and usage license.
