英语复合型人才培养模式的探索与实践——以“京东定制班”为例

摘　　要：随着中国改革开放的全面加速,由中国提出的“一带一路”倡议等项目的实施,专业化人才特别是专业复合型人才是未来人才培养的方向。以四川某高校“京东定制班”为研究对象,以“语言+专业技能”的培养方式,从大学英语教学改革的角度做了一些新的尝试,探讨了一下英语专业复合型人才培养的方式。通过采用了定性研究与定量研究相结合的研究方法,根据研究数据作者发现英语结合专业课程的学习是有助于学生英语能力以及英语成绩的提高。With the comprehensive acceleration of China’s reform and opening up and the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative and other projects proposed by China,training professional talents,especially professional compound talents,becomes the future direction of talent training.This paper takes“Jingdong customized class”of a university in Sichuan as the research object,and makes some attempts on the reform of College English teaching by the application of the training model of“language+professional skills”to explore the ways of training compound talents of English majors.This paper adopts the research method of combining qualitative research with quantitative research.According to the research data,it is found that the study of English combined with professional courses is conducive to the improvement of students’English ability and English performance.
