摘 要:提质培优行动计划作为当前及未来三年职业教育发展的行动纲领,重点是加强高职教师教学创新团队的建设与管理。提质培优背景下高职教师教学创新团队建设,需要坚持“双师”结构与多元协同的运作方向,从职业逻辑、课程需求、增值赋能三个方面跨壁垒构筑师资团队;立足需求,分层次架设培养体系;增值赋能,搭建模块开发教学资源。通过深化绩效考评、细化后勤保障和优化管理组织打通管理路径,实现高职教师教学团队的创新性建设与管理。As the action plan for the current and next three years of vocational education development,the action plan for quality improvement and training is focused on strengthening the construction and management of the teaching innovation team of higher vocational teachers.In the context of quality improvement and training,the construction of higher vocational teachers'teaching innovation team needs to adhere to the dual-teacher structure and the operation direction of diversified coordination,and build a teacher team across barriers from three aspects:career logic,curriculum requirements,and value-added empowerment;build a training system at different levels;build modules to develop teaching resources.Finally,through deepening performance appraisal,refining logistical support and optimizing management organization to open up the management path,and then realize the innovative construction and management of the teaching team of higher vocational teachers.
