摘 要:运动性肌乳酸作为运动时糖酵解的代谢终产物,是导致运动性疲劳的重要机制之一。运动性肌乳酸还作为重要的信号分子,调控骨骼肌及线粒体的能量代谢相关基因表达;抑制促炎因子的释放,并作为内分泌性信号分子干扰脂多糖信号的激活而减轻慢性炎症的发生;作为一种能量传感器和信号分子调节脂肪代谢和参与白色脂肪棕色化的调节,对慢性病的运动防治具有重要的潜在作用。本文对运动性肌乳酸在慢性病相关的能量代谢紊乱、慢性炎症和脂代谢异常中的调控作用进行了综述,并对慢性病康复时运动性肌乳酸的作用机制研究不足进行了总结。As an end product of glycolysis during exercise,exercise-induced muscle lactate is one of the important mechanisms leading to exercise-induced fatigue.In recent years,it has been discovered that exercise-induced muscle lactate is also an important signal molecule,regulating the expression of energy metabolism-related genes in skeletal muscle and its mitochondria,inhibiting the release of pro-inflammatory factors,and acting as an endocrine signal molecule to interfere with the activation of LPS signals and reduce chronic inflammation,also as an energy sensor and signal molecule to regulate fat metabolism and participate in the regulation of white fat browning.All these have an important potential role in the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases.This paper reviews the regulatory effects of exercise-induced muscle lactate in chronic disease-related energy metabolism disorders,chronic inflammation and abnormal lipid metabolism,and summarizes the insufficient research on the mechanism of exercise-induced muscle lactate during chronic disease rehabilitation.
