摘 要:微生物学实验技能竞赛是湖北省大学生生物实验技能竞赛的主要组成部分。通过问卷调查以及不同高校类型各知识点的得分情况,对微生物学实验技能竞赛进行分析。结果表明,部委属、省属公立和民办高校成绩总分相差较小,但部委属高校选手对应用性知识掌握较好;选手具有抓不住重点、应变能力欠缺、知识无法灵活运用、操作不规范、编制实验报告能力亟待提高等共性问题。应针对这些问题提出应对措施,以培养大学生微生物学实验技能和科研素养。The Microbiology experiment is the main part of the Biology experiment skill competition of college students in Hubei Province.The Microbiology experiment skill competition was analyzed by questionnaires,college types and scoring points.The results showed that there was little difference in the total scores among the college affiliated to ministry,provincial public college,and private college,but the competitors of the college affiliated to ministry had a better performance to use the knowledge flexibly.All the competitors had some general shortages,such as the inability to grasp the key points,the lack of adaptability,the inability to use knowledge flexibly,non-standard operation,and the ability of preparing experimental reports needs to be improved.In view of these problems,some suggestions were put forward to cultivate the Microbiology experimental skills and scientific research accomplishment for college students.
