摘 要:为了改善筒形热强力旋压件的圆柱度并减小壁厚偏差,提出了基于回归分析的工艺参数分步优化方法。介绍了热强力旋压工艺流程,并选择筒形件的圆柱度和壁厚偏差作为优化指标,选择进给比、坯料加热温度、第1道次减薄率、轴向错距作为优化参数,设计了4因素、4水平正交实验,经实验得到了16组不同实验条件下的圆柱度和壁厚偏差。分别建立了圆柱度和壁厚偏差的线性回归方程和二阶回归方程。首先,依据二阶回归方程通过极值法对工艺参数进行初步优化;然后,参考线性回归方程系数对工艺参数进行再次优化;最终,得到的筒形热强力旋压件的最优工艺参数为:进给比为0.35 mm·r^(-1)、坯料加热温度为1100℃、轴向错距为3.3 mm、第1道次减薄率为33%。优化后筒形件的圆柱度提高了46.2%,壁厚偏差减小了30%,证明了工艺参数分步优化的可行性。In order to improve the cylindricality and reduce the wall thickness deviation of cylindrical part obtained by hot power spinning,the step-by-step optimization method of process parameters was proposed based on regression analysis,and the process flow of hot power spinning was introduced.Then,taking the cylindricality and wall thickness deviation of cylindrical part as the optimizing indexes and the feed ratio,the billet heating temperature,the thinning rate of first pass and the axial offset as the optimizing parameters,and the orthogonal experiment of four factors and four levels was designed.Furthermore,the values of cylindricality and wall thickness deviation of cylindrical part under sixteen group parameters were obtained by experiment,and linear regression equation and two-order regression equation of the cylindricality and wall thickness deviation were built respectively.Firstly,the process parameters were optimized preliminarily by the extremum method of two-order regression equation,and then,the process parameters were optimized again by the coefficients of linear regression equation.Eventually,the optimal process parameters of hot power spinning for cylindrical part with the feed ratio of 0.35 mm·r^(-1),the billet heating temperature of 1100℃,the thinning rate of first pass for 33% and the axial offset of 3.3 mm were obtained.After optimization,the cylindricality of cylindrical part is increased by 46.2%,and the wall thickness deviation is decreased by 30%,which proves the feasibility of step-by-step optimization for process parameters.
