摘 要:基于Archard理论磨损模型与Deform-3D软件,建立扭力臂热锻有限元模型。利用正交试验法对坯料初始温度、模具初始温度、上模运动速度及摩擦系数进行组合,并模拟得到了模具磨损量。运用极差分析法对试验数据进行处理,得到了各个参数对热锻模具磨损的影响程度及最优工艺参数组合。结果表明,各个参数对模具磨损的影响由大到小为:上模运动速度>摩擦系数>坯料初始温度>模具初始温度。结合实际生产情况,确定最优工艺参数组合为:坯料初始温度为1200℃,模具预热温度为300℃,上模运动速度为10 mm·s^(-1),摩擦因数为0.3,此时的模具磨损量为0.000333 mm。Based on the Archard theory wear model and software Deform-3 D,the finite element model of torque arm in hot forging was established.Then,the initial temperature of billet,the initial temperature of mold,the moving velocity of upper mold and the friction coefficient were combined by orthogonal test method,and the wear amount of mold was obtained by simulation.Furthermore,the test data were processed by the range analysis method,and the influences of various parameters on the wear of hot forging mold and the optimal parameter combination were obtained.The results show that the influence degree of each parameter on mold wear from large to small is shown as follows:the moving velocity of upper mold>the friction coefficient>the initial temperature of billet>the initial temperature of mold.According to the actual production situation,the optimal combination of process parameters is obtained with the initial temperature of billet for 1200℃,the initial temperature of mold for 300℃,the moving velocity of upper mold for 10 mm·s^(-1) and friction coefficient of 0.3,and the mold wear amount is 0.000333 mm.
