摘　　要：基层全科医生转岗临床培训是培养全科医学人才的重要途径。病案教学法是转岗临床培训教学的一个很好的辅助手段,可以激发学生的学习兴趣及学习积极性,培养学生临床思维,在短时间内提高临床技能,完成教学目标,从而培养合格的全科医生。The job-transfer clinical training of grassroots general practitioners is an important way to cultivate general practitioners.The case-based learning is a good auxiliary method,which can stimulate students’interest and enthusiasm in learning,cultivate students’ability of clinical thinking;enhance their clinical skills in a short time,and complete the teaching objectives;thereby Training qualified general practitioners.
