摘 要:目的探究介入栓塞术联合术后川芎嗪治疗脑动脉瘤的效果及对患者血清过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ(PPAR-γ)、内皮素-1(ET-1)水平的影响。方法将120例脑动脉瘤(破裂)患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组60例及对照组60例。对照组采用介入栓塞术进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予川芎嗪进行治疗。观察并记录各组患者疗效、治疗前后PPAR-γET-1浓度以及治疗后并发症的发生率。结果对照组总有效率为78.34%,明显低于观察组患者的总有效率96.67%(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗前后PPAR-γ比较差异明显(P<0.05),随着时间延长,患者PPAR-γ逐渐升高,明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),但观察组升高程度明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗前后ET-1比较差异明显(P<0.05),治疗后2组患者ET-1水平呈下降趋势,观察组患者下降程度显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论介入栓塞术联合术后川芎嗪能有效提高脑动脉瘤的治疗效果,并改善患者血清PPAR-γ、ET-1水平,减少并发症的发生率,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of interventional embolization combined with postoperative ligustrazine in the treatment of cerebral aneurysms and its influence on the serum levels of peroxisome proliferator activated receptor-γ(PPAR-γ)and endothelin-1(ET-1).Methods 120 patients with cerebral aneurysm(rupture)were randomly divided into the observation group(60 cases)and the control group(60 cases).The control group was treated with interventional embolization,and the observation group was treated with Ligustrazine on the basis of the control group.The curative effect,the concentration of PPAR-γET-1 before and after treatment and the incidence of complications were observed and recorded.Results the total effective rate of the control group was 78.34%,which was significantly lower than 96.67%of the observation group(P<0.05).There was significant difference in PPAR-γbetween the 2 groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).With the extension of time,PPAR-γgradually increased,which was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),but the increase degree of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The difference of ET-1 between the 2 groups before and after treatment was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of ET-1 in the 2 groups showed a downward trend,and the decrease degree in the observation group was significantly greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion Interventional embolization combined with postoperative Ligustrazine can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of cerebral aneurysms,improve the serum PPAR-γand ET-1 levels of patients,and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
