摘 要:目的:探究3D打印硫酸钡-聚醚醚酮(Ba-PEEK)复合材料制作的颞下颌关节髁突假体在实验动物体内进行关节重建的效果。方法:随机将8条比格犬分为对照组(假手术组)和实验组(n=4),根据实验组比格犬头部CT数据,采用Ba-PEEK3D打印技术制作比格犬的右侧下颌髁突个性化假体,然后行关节重建术,观察各组比格犬进食速率及开口度,用CT和组织学观察假体固位状态和髁突假体植入侧周围组织情况。结果:所有比格犬术后均存活;CT检查显示个性化下颌髁突假体固位良好,无松动移位与断裂;各组比格犬手术前后进食速率、开口度未见明显改变(P>0.05)。组织学检查显示对照组和实验组颞下颌关节及关节盘无明显差异。结论:利用3D打印技术制作Ba-PEEK复合材料的下颌髁突假体具有良好的安全性,植入假体后在观察期内比格犬的口颌功能无明显改变。Objective:To study the effects of 3D-printed polyetheretherketone-barium sulfate(Ba-PEEK)temporomandibular joint condyle prosthesis in reconstruction of the condyle of Beagle dogs.Methods:8 Beagle dogs were randomly divided into a control group(pseudo-operation group)and an experimental group(n=4).According to CT data of the Beagle head of experimental group,a personalized prosthesis of each right mandibular condyle of the Beagles was made using Ba-PEEK 3D printing technology,and then the joint reconstruction was performed.The eating rate and mouth opening degree of the Beagle dogs were observed,the prosthesis retention state and the surrounding tissues of the condyle prosthesis implantation site were examined by CT and histological test.Results:All Beagle dogs survived the treatment.CT examination showed that all the personalized mandibular condyle prosthesis were well-retained without loosening,displacement or breakage;there was no significant change in the eating rate and mouth opening degree of the Beagle dogs before and after the operation(P>0.05).The hitologic images showed no obvious difference between control and experimental groups.Conclusion:The 3D-printed Ba-PEEK condyle prosthesis is safe and effective for tempormandibular joint reconstruction.
