摘 要:目的:通过构建掺锶、钴纳米管种植体植入骨质疏松大鼠体内,探究新型形貌种植体对骨结合的影响。方法:纯钛钛片经阳极氧化法和水热反应法构建5组不同形貌:光滑组(ST),纳米组(NT),纳米锶组(NT-Sr),纳米钴组(NT-Co)和纳米锶钴组(NT-Sr-Co),分别进行扫描电镜观察和X射线光电子能谱分析。将5组形貌种植体植入骨质疏松SD大鼠(n=6)股骨干骺端,4周后进行micro-CT扫描、甲苯胺蓝染色。结果:NT组骨结合率高于ST组(P<0.01);NT-Sr组骨结合率高于NT组(P<0.01);NT-Co组骨结合率高于NT组(P<0.05);NT-Sr-Co组骨结合率高于NT组(P<0.01)。结论:纳米管结构的钛种植体同时加载Sr和Co元素能够有效加速骨质疏松大鼠的骨结合。Objective:To study the effect of strontium and cobalt co-doped nanotube implant on osseointegration in osteoporotic rats.Methods:5 different morphologies of pure titanium sheets were constructed by anodic oxidation and hydrothermal reaction,namely smooth titanium(ST),nano titanium(NT),nano titanium-strontium(NT-Sr),nano titanium-cobalt(NT-Co)and nano titanium-strontium-cobalt(NT-Sr-Co).The sample were observed by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.The implants of 5 groups were implanted into the femoral metaphysis of osteoporotic SD rats(n=6)respectively.4 weeks after operation,micro-CT scanning and toluidine blue staining were performed.Results:The osseointegration rate of NT group was higher than that of ST group(P<0.01),NT-Sr group was higher than NT group(P<0.01),NT-Co group was higher than NT group(P<0.05),NT-Sr-Co group was higher than NT group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Nanotube structure and simultaneous loading of Sr and Co can effectively accelerate the osseointegration of titanium implant in SD rats with osteoporosis.
