摘 要:目的:初步评价甲基丙烯酸酯改性有机硅季铵盐NMOAC的偶联效果和抗菌活性。方法:比较NMOAC、长链硅烷DMSDIB和商品偶联剂Porcelain Primer对瓷和树脂即刻粘接强度和老化粘接强度的影响;采用液体稀释法测定NMOAC以及2种季铵盐单体DMAE-CB和MAE-HB对4种口腔常见致病菌的抗菌活性。结果:NMOAC作为偶联剂使用时,即刻粘接效果与商品偶联剂相当,老化粘接强度与长链硅烷效果相当,优于商品偶联剂;NMOAC作为抗菌剂使用时,活性与2种经典牙科季铵盐无显著性差异。结论:甲基丙烯酸酯改性有机硅季铵盐有偶联效果和抗菌活性。Objective:To preliminary evaluate the coupling effect and antibacterial activity of a novel dental organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt(NMOAC).Methods:The effects of NMOAC,long chain silane DMSDIB and commercial coupling agent Porcelain Primer on the immediate and aging bond strength between porcelain and resin cement were compared by shear bonding strength test.The antibacterial activities of NMOAC and 2 quaternary ammonium monomers DMAE-CB and MAE-HB on 4 oral pathogenic bacterias were respectively determined by liquid dilution method.Results:When NMOAC was used as coupling agent,the immediate bonding effect was equivalent to that of Porcelain Primer,and the aging bonding effect was equivalent to that of DMSDIB,which was better than Procelain Primer.When NMOAC was used as an antibacterial agent,its activity was not significantly different from that of classical dental quaternary ammonium salts.Conclusion:NMOAC has coupling effect and antibacterial activity.
