外伤性牙齿变色行髓腔内漂白术后2年疗效观察及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:对因外伤导致的牙齿变色患牙行髓腔内漂白术后的效果进行2年的临床观察,并对影响因素进行分析。方法:对行髓腔内漂白术的40例牙外伤患者共49颗患牙进行2年的随访观察,使用Cox比例风险回归模型对可能影响治疗效果的因素进行分析。结果:在2年的观察期内,髓腔内漂白治疗的成功率为80.7%。Cox回归分析的结果显示,患者在行内漂白治疗时的年龄越小,漂白治疗失败的可能性越高(P<0.05)。患者性别,患牙颜色,变色的时长均对漂白治疗效果的稳定性有影响。结论:髓腔内漂白治疗外伤导致的牙齿变色有效。治疗失败的风险与患者就诊时的年龄相关,治疗时年龄越小,失败风险越高。Objective:To evaluate the 2-year outcomes and influencing factors of walking bleaching on discolored non-vital teeth caused by dental trauma.Methods:A 2-year follow-up study of 49 teeth in 40 patients with discolored tooth caused by trauma treated by walking bleaching was carried out.Multivariate analysis was performed by using Cox proportional hazard model.Results:During the 2-year follow-up period,the success rate of walking bleaching was 80.7%.The analysis of Cox proportional hazard model showed that the probability of failure was significantly higher when the patient was younger.The sex of patients,the color scale of teeth,and the time of tooth color change could affect the stability of bleaching treatment.Conclusion:Walking bleaching is effective in the treatment of tooth discoloration caused by trauma.The risk of treatment failure is related to the patient's age at the time of bleaching.The younger the patient is,the higher the risk of failure will be.
