摘　　要：目的:介绍颌骨单纯性骨囊肿(SBC)的临床诊治经验。方法:回顾8例患者的一般临床资料(年龄、性别、现病史、临床症状及体征、影像学特征)、治疗方法、术中观察和病理结果,并复习相关文献。结果:患者平均年龄(31.50±19.46)岁,男2例,女6例;无临床症状及体征,无外伤史;病变多发生在下颌骨体部,呈界限清楚的单发单房X线透射区,受累牙齿有活力、无移位、无根吸收;6例术前行受累牙齿的根管治疗,手术以病灶刮治为主,多数骨腔空虚。结论:颌骨SBC发病比较隐匿,多数在影像学检查时偶然发现;手术以刮治为主,术后应定期影像学检查及牙髓活力测试。Objective:To introduce the experience in clinical diagnosis and treatment of simple bone cyst(SBC)of jaws.Methods:The general clinical data(age,gender,current medical history,clinical symptoms and signs and imaging characteristics),treatment methods,intraoperative observations and pathological results of 8 patients as well as the related literature were reviewed.Results:The average age of the patients(2 males and 6 females)was 31.50±19.46 years old.There was no clinical symptom and no history of trauma in all the cases.The most lesions occurred in the mandible body,showing a solitary,unilocular,well-defined radiolucent image.The involved teeth were vital without displacement and root absorption.6 patients were treated by root canal therapy for the involved teeth before surgery.The operation was mainly curettage and most of the bone cavities were empty.Conclusion:SBC of the jaw is insidious at the time of onset,most of which are found by accident during imaging examination.Curettage of the lesion is usually used for treatment.Postoperatively routine imaging examinations and pulp vitality test are necessary for ensuring treatment effect.
