牙间隙清洁工具改善老年牙周病临床症状的评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨不同牙间隙清洁工具(牙间隙刷、冲牙器、牙线)改善老年牙周病患者牙周健康的效果。方法:纳入212名老年牙周病患者为研究对象,完成临床试验207例。牙周基础治疗后将其随机分为4组,对照组(52例)使用巴斯刷牙法,后3组受试者巴斯刷牙法后分别使用牙间隙刷(52例)、冲压器(52例)、牙线(51例),检测牙周基础治疗后(基线)、实验1个月、3个月后菌斑指数(QPI)、牙龈指数(GI)、附着丧失(CAL)并进行比较。结果:3个月后后3组QPI、GI、CAL均低于对照组(P<0.05),牙间隙刷组、冲压器组QPI、GI均低于牙线组(P<0.05)。结论:牙间隙清洁工具辅助巴斯刷牙法对老年牙周病的改善效果优于单纯巴斯刷牙法,其中冲牙器及牙间隙刷效果更佳。Objective:To investigate the effects of interdental cleaning tools(flossing,interdental brush and oral irrigator)for improving the clinical symptoms of elderly patients with periodontal disease.Methods:After initial periodontal treatment,212 elderly patients with periodontal disease were randomly divided into 4 groups.207 of the subjects completed the clinical trial,including 52 in control group,52 in interdental brush group,52 in oral irrigator group and 51 in floss group.The quigley-hein-plaque index(QPI),gingival inedex(GI)and clinical attachmen loss(CAL)were measured and compared after initial preodontal therapy(base line),1 and 3 months after treatment.Results:3 months after interdental practice,The QPI,GI and CAL of the interdental cleaning tool groups were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The QPI and GI of the interdental brush group and oral irrigator group were lower than those in the floss group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined interdental cleaning tools are better than the simple brushing method for the improvement of the clinical symtoms of periodontal disease in elderly patients.The oral irrigator and interdental brush are more effective.
