摘　　要：牙源性钙化上皮瘤是一种少见的牙源性上皮性肿瘤。因其病理表现特殊,且变异较多,容易误诊。现报道1例牙源性钙化上皮瘤的病理学特点、刚果红染色及免疫组织化学染色,并复习相关文献进行病理分析,为临床诊断提供参考。Calcifying epithelial odontogenic tumor is a rare odontogenic tumor.Its special pathological features and many variations may lead to misdiagnosis.In this study,one case of calcifying epithelial odontogenic tumor detedted by pathological characteristic,Congo red staining and immunohistochemical staining was reported,and the relevant literature was reviewed for clinicopathologic analysis.It provides a reference for clinic diagnosis.
