摘 要:采用Gleeble-3500热模拟实验机对挤压态HMn64-8-5-1.5锰黄铜合金在不同变形温度(873~1073 K)及应变速率(0.01~10 s^(-1))条件下进行等温热压缩实验,获得其真应力-真应变曲线。基于实验数据构建考虑应变补偿的Arrhenius模型并检验其预测精度,结果表明由于该模型未考虑变形条件对材料参数的影响,导致了预测精度不高。因此,提出一种考虑变形条件对材料参数影响的修正型本构模型,经验证,所建立修正的Arrhenius本构模型能很好地预测HMn64-8-5-1.5合金的高温流变应力。此外,基于修正模型可获得不同变形条件下合金的变形激活能,其受到应变、应变速率和变形温度的影响。The true stress-true strain curves of extruded HMn64-8-5-1.5 manganese brass alloy were obtained by isothermal thermal compression experiments with Gleeble-3500 thermal simulation machine under different deformation temperature(873-1073 K) and strain rate(0.01-10 s^(-1)). Based on the experimental data, a Arrhenius model considering strain compensation was constructed and its prediction accuracy was tested. The results show that the prediction accuracy is not high because the influence of deformation conditions on material parameters is not considered. Therefore, a modified constitutive model considering the influence of deformation conditions on material parameters is proposed. It is proved that the modified Arrhenius constitutive model can well predict the high temperature flow stress of the HMn64-8-5-1.5 alloy. Furthermore, the deformation activation energy of the alloy under different deformation conditions can be obtained based on the modified constitutive model, which is affected by strain, strain rate and deformation temperature.
