摘　　要：H30A型国产应变电阻式压力传感器的高精度网络化叉车称重系统由四部分组成:即压力传感器、微弱信号检测模块、人机交互模块以及无线通信模块。其量程为1吨,综合精度达到0.02%,处于国际先进水平。此外,该称重系统具有网络化通信功能,实现了一对一,一对多,多对多的网络化通信功能。为工业柔性生产,智能化管理,提供了强有力的技术支持,为迎接物联网时代的到来提供了可能的技术基础。The high precision network forklift weighing system of H30A strain resistance pressure sensor is composed of four parts:pressure sensor,weak signal detection module,human-computer interaction module and wireless communication module.Its measuring range is 1 ton,and its comprehensive accuracy reaches 0.02%,which is in the international advanced level.In addition,the weighing system has network communication function,which realizes the network communication function of one-to-one,one to many and many to many.It provides a strong technical support for industrial flexible production and intelligent management,and provides a possible technical basis for the arrival of the Internet of things era.
