摘　　要：近年来,我国各地在海岸带生态保护和修复方面开展了一些实践,出台了一些政策,取得了不少经验和成效。但是与国外发达国家和地区相比,海岸带生态保护和修复政策的覆盖面、系统性尚不足,难以有效指导和广泛开展海岸带生态保护和修复工作。本研究通过全面分析在生态文明背景下海岸带生态保护和修复的发展趋势和需求,梳理我国现行政策和制度存在的问题;围绕我国海岸带生态保护和修复的特点,提出海岸带保护和修复的针对性政策和管理举措建议,以期为全国海岸带生态修复工作提供启示和借鉴。In recent years,China has carried out some practices and policies in coastal ecological protection and restoration,and achieved a lot of experience and results.However,compared with developed countries and regions abroad,the coverage and systematicness of coastal ecological protection and restoration policies are still insufficient,which makes it difficult to effectively guide and widely carry out coastal ecological protection and restoration work.This study comprehensively analyzes the development trend and demand of coastal ecological protection and restoration under the background of ecological civilization,combs the existing problems of China’s current policies and systems,and puts forward targeted policies and management suggestions for coastal zone protection and restoration based on the characteristics and needs of China’s coastal ecological protection and restoration,so as to provide enlightenment and reference for coastal ecological restoration work in China.
