摘 要:针对枢纽导向标识信息冗长、指向模糊、信息断链问题,解析乘客感知、认知行为特征,提出枢纽分级导向标识布设概念,描述路径连续、体验最佳要素,以设施重要度加权距离最短和路径外任意点到路径距离最短为目标,建立分级导向标识布设的多目标线性整数规划模型,实现枢纽导向标识的人性、科学布设。模型采用CPLEX求解,得到导向标识布设方案。结果显示,权重越大的功能设施点,标识指向信息越多。对比传统模型,分级布设更符合乘客寻路需求,乘客走行距离减少45%,指向信息数量减少31%,能够在满足标识基本导向功能前提下,实现功能设施点快速访达和导向标识点便捷找寻,同时该方法也是分级选址模型在嵌套多流的中值或者中心选址问题的理论扩充。In view of the lengthy information,vague direction and broken information chain of hub guidance signs,the analysis of passengers'perception and cognitive behavior characterisitic,the hierarchical layout concept of the Guide Sign(GS)is proposed.The elements of path continuity and best experience are described,and then the multi-objective linear integer programming model for hierarchical guide sign setting was established with the goal of the shortest weighted trip distance of facilities and the shortest distance from any point outside the path to the path.CPLEX was used,and scheme for guiding signs is obtained.The outcomes reveal that the higher the weight,the more guidance information will be.Compared with the traditional model,hierarchical layout is more in line with needs of passengers.The trip length of passengers is reduced by 45%,and the amount of guidance information is decreased 31%.It can realize the quick access of functional facilities and the convenient search of the guide sign point under the premise of the primary guiding function of the sign.At the same time,the method is also a theoretical extension of the hierarchical location model in the nested multi-stream median or central location problem.
