腹壁吊线辅助经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆囊疾病的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析对胆囊疾病患者使用腹壁吊线辅助经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术进行治疗的效果。方法:选择2019年1月至2020年5月患来县人民医院接诊的胆囊疾病患者60例作为研究对象。将其随机分为研究组和参考组。对研究组30例患者进行腹壁吊线辅助经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术,对参考组30例患者进行常规腹腔镜胆囊切除术,然后对比两组患者的治疗效果、手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量和术后并发症的发生情况。结果:两组患者治疗的总有效率相比,P>0.05。研究组患者的手术时间、住院时间均短于参考组患者,其术中出血量少于参考组患者,其术后并发症的发生率低于参考组患者,P<0.05。结论:对胆囊疾病患者使用腹壁吊线辅助经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术进行治疗的效果显著,具有手术时间短、患者术后恢复快等优点。Objective:To analyze the effect of transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy assisted by abdominal wall suspension cord in patients with gallbladder disease.METHODS:A total of 60 patients with gallbladder disease admitted to Huilai People's Hospital from January 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into study group and reference group.Thirty patients in the study group were treated with single-port transumbilical laparoscopic cholecystectomy assisted by abdominal wall suspension line,and 30 patients in the reference group were treated with conventional laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Then,the treatment effect,operative time,length of hospital stay,intraoperative blood loss and incidence of postoperative complications in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the two groups was P Bb00.05.The duration of operation and hospitalization in the study group were shorter than those in the reference group,the amount of intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the reference group,and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that in the reference group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Abdominal cord assisted single-port transumbilical laparoscopic cholecystectomy is effective for patients with gallbladder disease,with the advantages of short operation time and quick postoperative recovery.
