丁苯酞软胶囊治疗血管性痴呆的效果及安全性评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨并研究用丁苯酞软胶囊治疗血管性痴呆的效果及安全性。方法:选取近年来山东省淄博市中心医院收治的70例血管性痴呆患者作为研究对象。随机将其分为对照组和观察组。对两组患者均进行常规治疗,在此基础上用丁苯酞软胶囊对观察组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者的各项临床指标。结果:治疗6周后及12周后,观察组患者中轻度认知功能障碍患者的占比高于对照组患者中此类患者的占比,其中中度和重度认知功能障碍患者的占比均低于对照组患者中此类患者的占比,P<0.05。治疗6周后及12周后,观察组患者血浆Tau蛋白、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)的水平均低于对照组患者,P<0.05。用药后,两组患者不良反应的发生率相比,P>0.05。结论:用丁苯酞软胶囊治疗血管性痴呆的效果显著,能有效地缓解患者的病情,改善其血浆Tau蛋白、Hcy和NSE的水平,且用药较为安全。Objective:To explore and study the efficacy and safety of butylphthalide soft capsule in the treatment of vascular dementia.Methods:Seventy patients with vascular dementia admitted to Zibo Central Hospital of Shandong Province in recent years were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Patients in both groups were treated with routine treatment,and on this basis,patients in the observation group were treated with butylphthalide soft capsule,and then the clinical indicators of the two groups were compared.RESULTS:After 6 weeks and 12 weeks of treatment,the proportion of patients with mild cognitive impairment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the proportion of patients with moderate and severe cognitive impairment was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 6 weeks and 12 weeks of treatment,the plasma levels of Tau protein,homocysteine(Hcy)and neuron-specific enolase(NSE)in observation group were lower than those in control group,P<0.05.After medication,the incidence of ADR in 2 groups was compared with P>0.05.CONCLUSIONS:Butylphthalide soft capsule has a significant effect in the treatment of vascular dementia,can effectively alleviate the patient's condition,improve the levels of plasma Tau protein,Hcy and NSE,and is relatively safe.
