摘 要:为实现多媒体机器人传感器的故障智能诊断,研究了一种新的多媒体机器人传感器故障智能诊断技术。通过传感信息感知进行多媒体机器人传感器的分布式样本检测和特征提取,结合模糊度检测技术进行多媒体机器人传感器故障样本融合处理,构建多媒体机器人传感器故障的模糊度信息融合和特征聚类模型,采用变结构的神经网络分类器进行多媒体机器人传感器故障的样本分类识别,实现多媒体机器人传感器故障检测和识别,采用增强现实技术,实现多媒体机器人传感器故障动态检测和智能诊断。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行多媒体机器人传感器故障诊断的精度较高,故障特征识别能力较好,提高了故障诊断识别能力,故障样本信息和聚类性较好。In order to realize the intelligent fault diagnosis of multimedia robot sensor, a new intelligent fault diagnosis technology of multimedia robot sensor is studied in this paper.The distributed sample detection and feature extraction of multi-media robot sensor are carried out by sensor information perception.Combined with the fuzzy degree detection technology, the multi-media robot sensor fault sample fusion processing is carried out.The fuzzy degree information fusion and feature clustering model of multi-media robot sensor fault are constructed.The variable structure neural network classifier is used for multi-media robot sensor fault detection The sensor fault detection and recognition of multimedia robot are realized by the classification and recognition of obstacle samples.The sensor fault dynamic detection and intelligent diagnosis of multimedia robot are realized by using augmented reality technology.The simulation results show that this method has higher accuracy, better fault feature recognition ability, improved fault diagnosis recognition ability, and better fault sample information and clustering.
