基于翻转课堂的混合教学在交叉学科中的应用——以“法律心理学”为例

摘　　要：基于翻转课堂的混合式教学将传统课堂与网络资源和技术相结合,打造了"课前-课堂-课后"的全景教学模式,是未来高等教育教学改革发展的必然趋势。以"法律心理学"课程为例,探讨其在跨学科课程中的应用。针对"法律心理学"课程当前存在的问题,提出了教学模式创新的具体内容,主要从课前导学、课堂研讨、课后巩固及建构多维考评体系对课程进行改革与设计,以期更好地适应时代发展要求,为国家培养复合型法学应用人才。Mixed teaching based on flipped classroom combines traditional classroom with network resources and technology to create a“preclass-class-afterclass”panoramic teaching model,which is the inevitable trend of the future teaching reform and development of higher education.his paper takes Legal Psychology as an example to discuss its application in interdisciplinary courses.Aimed at the problems existing in the current legal psychology course,puts forward the specific content of teaching mode innovation,mainly from the pre-class leader,class discussion,after-school consolidation and construction of multi-dimensional evaluation system,the reform of the course and design in order to better adapt to era development requirement,and cultivate law application talents for the country.
