生产调度管理在化工企业中的作用及策略

摘　　要：随着经济的发展,中国化工行业进入了快速发展阶段。在这个阶段,社会生产的各个行业都开始寻求先进的生产调度模式,并且国内大部分企业已经实现了信息化和精细化管理,化工企业也是如此。生产调度管理是化工企业实现信息化、精细化管理的重要保证。实施生产调度管理,能够有效地保证化工企业生产活动的顺利进行。但是在实际生产调度管理过程中,依然存在一些问题。文章分析了化工企业生产调度管理中存在的问题,并提出一些建设性的意见。With the development of economy,China’s chemical industry has entered a stage of rapid development.At this stage,various industries of social production have begun to seek advanced production scheduling mode,and most of the domestic enterprises have realized informatization and f ine management,so do chemical enterprises.Production scheduling management is an important guarantee for chemical enterprises to realize information and f ine management.The implementation of production scheduling management can effectively ensure the smooth production activities of chemical enterprises.But in the actual production scheduling management process,there are still some problems.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the production scheduling management of chemical enterprises,and puts forward some constructive suggestions.
