在低碳经济战略下火电企业碳排放交易市场分析

摘　　要：低碳经济是在绿色可持续发展理念的指导下,通过技术创新、制度创新、产业转型升级、新能源开发等多种方式,尽可能地减少煤炭、石油等高碳能源消耗,减少温室气体排放,实现经济发展与环境保护共赢的经济发展模式。文章结合中国电力市场目前的发展状况,通过对低碳经济发展战略下中国碳排放交易市场分析,提出电力企业重点是火电企业的应对策略建议。Under the guidance of the concept of green sustainable development,low carbon economy is an economic development mode of achieving win-win results in economic development and environmental protection by means of technological innovation,institutional innovation,industrial transformation and upgrading,new energy development and other ways to reduce the consumption of high carbon energy such as coal and oil as far as possible,reduce greenhouse gas emissions.Combined with the current development situation of China’s power market,through the analysis of China’s carbon emission trading market under the low carbon economy development strategy,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for power enterprises to focus on thermal power enterprises.
