摘 要:检测技术水平的提高使得甲状腺结节的检出率随之上升,在发现的众多甲状腺结节中甲状腺癌仅占5%左右,因其影像学表现与良性结节交叉存在,误诊率较高,如何提高恶性甲状腺结节的诊断准确率减少过度治疗成为人们争论的焦点。精准的疾病分期和危险分层对患者治疗方式的选择和预后评估意义重大,新版的美国甲状腺学会(American Thyroid Association,ATA)指南将甲状腺癌诊断方法从影像学检查向影像-细胞病理-分子诊断转变,本文就多层次诊断方法在甲状腺癌的临床应用及研究进展作一综述。The improvement of testing technology for thyroid nodule detection rate rise,the discovery of many of the thyroid carcinoma in thyroid nodule accounted for only about 5%,due to its imaging findings and benign nodules,the misdiagnosis rate is high,how to improve the diagnostic accuracy of malignant thyroid nodule reducing excessive treatment become the focus of debate.Accurate disease staging and risk stratification of patients with the choice of treatment and prognostic evaluation is of great significance,the new version of the American Thyroid Association(American Thyroid Association,ATA)guidelines will be Thyroid cancer diagnosis method from imaging studies to image-cell pathological-molecular diagnosis,in this paper,the multi-level diagnosis in Thyroid cancer of clinical application and research progress were reviewed.
