全球媒介伦理的反思性与可能路径

摘　　要：全球媒介伦理的发展遵循着由一元论(偏向全球、西方中心主义),到伦理相对主义(偏向本土),再到多元主义(介于全球与本土之间)的进路。前两个已经被淘汰,多元主义的解决方案似乎也陷入了全球与本土无法调和的矛盾之中,让全球媒介伦理失去意义,甚至陷入伦理虚无主义。由主体间性发展而来的文化间性为全球媒介伦理的发展提供了一种解决思路,即基于动态的、全球对话状态的全球媒介伦理建构,摒弃了静态的媒介伦理建构的弊端,在伦理融合的意义上通向全球媒介伦理。The development of global media ethics follows a path of monism(biased towards the global and Western-centrism),ethical relativism(biased towards the local)and pluralism(between the global and the local).The first two have been eliminated,and the solution of pluralism seems to be caught in the irreconcilable contradiction between the global and local,making the global media ethics lose its meaning or even fall into ethical nihilism.The interculturality,developed from the intersubjectivity,provides a solution for the development of global media ethics.That is to say,the construction of global media ethics based on a dynamic and global dialogue can lead to a global media ethics in the sense of integration because it abandons the shortcomings of the static media ethics construction.
