摘 要:果皮着色深度是紫茄品种重要的商品性状。本试验选取果皮着色深度差异明显的高代自交系EP26和EP28为材料,构建6个世代群体P_(1)、P_(2)、F_(1)、F_(2)、B_(1)、B_(2),采用主+多基因混合模型遗传分析方法开展多世代联合分析,从而探明紫茄果皮着色深度的遗传特性。结果表明:紫茄果皮着色深度的遗传表现符合两对加性-显性-上位性主基因+加性-显性多基因遗传的E-1模型。主基因加性效应值均等,主基因遗传以显性效应为主。6世代群体中F2、B1和B2主基因遗传率分别为70.25%、3.46%、47.41%,而多基因遗传率分别为18.26%、55.61%、38.60%。F2群体中主基因+多基因的遗传率为88.51%,环境因素占11.49%。研究结果有助于紫茄果皮着色深度的遗传改良的研究。The peel color intensity is an important commercial trait of purple eggplant.To explore the genetic characteristics of peel color intensity of purple eggplant,six genealogical populations,P_(1),P_(2),F_(1),F_(2),B_(1)and B_(2),which were originated from two inbred lines,EP26 and EP28,were analyzed.Major genes and multiple genes-mixed genetic model of quantitative traits in plants were used.The results showed that the genetics of peel color intensity was in accordance with E-1 model,which is,two pairs of additive-dominant-epitasis major gene+additive-dominant polygene mixed inheritance model.The additive effects of major genes are equal and the inheritance of major genes is dominated by dominant effects.The heritability of major genes in B1,B2 and F2 populations were 3.46%,47.41%and 70.25%,respectively.The heritability of polygenes was 55.61%,38.60%and 18.26%,respectively.The heritability of major gene and polygene in F2 populations was 88.51%and the environmental factors accounted for 11.49%.The results contribute to the genetic improvement for the peel color intensity of purple eggplant.
