摘　　要：目的探讨外伤性白内障(TC)的CT表现.方法回顾性分析103例经眼科检查和/或手术证实的TC患者的临床及CT资料.结果晶状体密度减低不明显15例、轻度减低63例、明显减低25例.晶状体密度减低不同组的伤眼晶状体形状及边缘总体上有显著性差异(P<0.05).晶状体密度减低不同组的伤眼晶状体大小及位置改变总体上无显著性差异(P>0.05).伤眼与对侧眼的晶状体CT值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).晶状体密度减低不同组的晶状体混浊程度总体上有显著性差异(P<0.05).对侧眼与伤眼晶状体的CT值差值与伤眼晶状体混浊程度存在相关关系(r=0.533,P<0.001).结论TC的CT表现有一定特征性,CT图像上晶状体的密度可有不同程度减低,同时晶状体形状、边缘、大小及位置可发生改变.Objective To investigate the CT findings of traumatic cataract(TC).Methobs The clinical and CT data of 103 patients with TC confirmed by ophthalmic examination and/or surgery were analyzed retrospectively.Results The density of the lens was non-obviously decreased in 15 cases,slightly decreased in 63 cases and obviously decreased in 25 cases.The shape and edge of traumatic cataract lens among the decreased density groups of lens were significantly different(P<0.05).There were no significant difference in the size and position of traumatic cataract lens among the decreased density groups of lens(P>0.05).The difference of the CT value between traumatic cataract lens and normal lens was statistically significant(P<0.05).The opacitial degree of traumatic cataract lens among the decreased density groups of lens was significantly different(P<0.05).There was a correlation between the difference of CT value of normal lens and traumatic cataract lens and the opacitial degree of traumatic cataract lens(r=0.533,P<0.001).Conclusion TC has some CT features.The density of traumatic cataract lens can be decreased in different degree on CT images.The shape,edge,size and position of traumatic cataract lens can be changed.
