摘  要:绿色造船作为船舶建造行业发展的重要方向,随着造船行业环保法规与材料表面除锈质量要求的提升,传统除锈方法在不同程度上存在的除锈效率低,粉尘、噪声、VOCs污染严重,基材返锈与职业病危害严重等问题逐渐凸显。激光清洗作为一种高效、环保、无损的除锈方法,近几年成为船舶建造领域的研究热点之一。文章总结了近年来国内外船舶建造领域激光除锈技术研究进展与应用情况,以船用钢作为主要研究对象,首先对几种典型的激光除锈方法进行梳理分析,随后对船用钢激光除锈机理、除锈工艺和相关除锈装备的研制与应用案例进行深入研究,最终提出了激光除锈技术在船舶建造领域实现大规模工程应用所需解决的问题,为今后激光除锈技术应用于船舶领域提供参考。Green shipbuilding is an important direction for the development of shipbuilding industry. With the improvement of environmental protection regulations and material surface derusting quality requirements of shipbuilding industry,the problems of low rust removal efficiency,serious dust,noise and VOCs Pollution,serious rust return of substrate and serious occupational hazards are gradually highlighted. As an efficient,environmentally friendly and non-destructive rust removal technology,laser cleaning has become one of the research hotspots in the field of shipbuilding in recent years. In this paper,the research progress and application of laser derusting technology in shipbuilding field at home and abroad in recent years is summarized. Taking marine steel as the main research object,several typical laser derusting methods are analyzed,and then the laser derusting mechanism,rust removal technology and related rust removal equipment development and application cases of marine steel are deeply studied. Finally,the problems that need to be solved in large-scale industrial application of this technology in the field of shipbuilding is proposed,which provide a reference for the application of laser derusting technology in the field of shipbuilding in the future.
