摘  要:为了解决目前智慧物流防伪码检测系统检测精度较低、检测响应时间较长的问题,提出了激光射频技术的智慧物流防伪码实时检测系统。采用标签、读写器以及服务器三个模块,构建激光射频识别系统,利用稳压电源作为检测系统供电电源,通过MCU(Microcontroller Unit,微控制单元)控制模块、PC(Personal Computer,个人计算机)机接口模块、数据处理识别模块以及具备自校正性能的信号检测模块,架构系统硬件部分,经过设计出MSP430单片机软件、DSP系统软件以及优化主机下LABVIEW(Laboratory Virtual Instrument Engineering Workbench,实验室虚拟仪器工作平台)程序软件,完成软件部分创建,根据防伪码与读写器间的信号传递辐射场,联立电磁辐射波强度与辐射场功率间关系,得到辐射信号发射功率,通过电磁波功率密度,求得防伪码与读写器最远距离,实现激光射频技术下防伪码实时检测。实验结果表明,所提方法的检测精度较高,防伪码标签平均检测响应时间仅为0.2 s。In order to solve the problems of low detection accuracy and long response time of the current intelligent logistics anti-counterfeiting code detection system,a real-time detection system of laser logistics technology intelligent logistics anti-counterfeiting code is proposed. The three modules of tag,reader and server are used to construct a laser radio frequency identification system,and the stabilised power supply is used as the power supply of the detection system,and the module and PC( Personal Computer) machine are controlled by the MCU( Microcontroller Unit). Interface module,data processing recognition module and signal detection module with self-correction performance,architecture system hardware part,after designing MSP430 microcontroller software,DSP system software and optimised host LABVIEW( Laboratory Virtual Instrument Engineering Workbench,laboratory virtual instrument work platform)Program software,complete the creation of the software part,according to the signal transmission between the anti-counterfeiting code and the reader,the relationship between the strength of the simultaneous electromagnetic radiation wave and the power of the radiation field to obtain the radiation signal emission power. The anti-counterfeiting is obtained through the electromagnetic wave power density.The farthest distance between the code and the reader,real-time detection of anti-counterfeit code under laser radio frequency technology. Experimental results show that the detection accuracy of the proposed method is high,and the average detection response time of the anti-counterfeit code tag is only 0. 2 s.
