摘  要:中药产业的健康发展依赖于中药资源的高效利用和可持续发展。在中药资源深加工过程中不可避免产生了大量的废弃物,这些废弃物药渣的粗放低值化利用造成了资源的巨大浪费和环境污染。近年来,应用双向发酵技术提升中药药渣的利用价值备受关注。现以中药药渣的生物转化为基础,探讨药渣双向发酵技术的特点与优势,介绍了目前用于药渣双向发酵的主要微生物种类及其转化体系,并对中药渣双向发酵的发展前景进行了讨论。The development of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)industry depended on the efficient utilization and sustainable development of Chinese medicine resources.Much waste was inevitably produced in the process of deep processing of Chinese medicine,the extensive and low-value utilization of these waste medicine residues brought a huge waste and environmental pollution.In recent years,the application of bi-directional fermentation technology on improving the utilization of Chinese medicine residue has attracted much attention.Based on the biological transformation of Chinese medicine dregs,this paper discusses the characteristics and advantages of the two-way fermentation technology of Chinese medicine dregs,introduces the main types of microorganisms currently used in the two-way fermentation of dregs and their transformation systems,and discusses the development prospects of two-way fermentation of Chinese medicine dregs.
