宁波市分时段预约就医模式的实践与探讨

摘　　要：基于原卫生部三级医院完善预约诊疗平台建设的要求,宁波市实行了分时段预约就医模式,取得了一定的成效。宁波市门诊管理质控中心对本市43家医院4482名门诊患者开展了分时段预约就医相关情况调查,剖析推行过程中存在的问题,进而提出相应的对策与建议,分时段预约就医模式实施3个月后,宁波各医院门诊患者预约率有明显提高,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05),门诊医生停诊率下降,准时出诊率及患者按时就诊率提高,取得了明显效果。At the requirement of the former Ministry of Health of asking the tertiary hospitals to improve the construction of the appointment platform,Ningbo City implemented time-phased medical appointment mode and achieved some results.The outpatient management and quality control center of Ningbo City conducted an investigation in 4482 outpatient patients of 43 hospitals on the condition of time-phased medical appointment,analyzed the problems in the implementation,and put forward suggestions and solutions.At 3 months after launching the timephased medical appointment mode,obvious results were achieved in the outpatient departments of all the hospitals in Ningbo City,with the significantly improved rate of outpatient appointment(p<0.05),decreased rate of outpatient suspension of the doctors,and improved rate of ontime visit.
