摘  要:高师院校是培养师范生的重要基地。地方高师院校师范生职业竞争力存在职业定位期望值过高、班级管理经验不足及知识结构欠缺等问题,支教实践可以培养高师院校师范生的职业品质,夯实专业知识,提升他们的教学技能和自我发展能力。支教实践既是师范院校培养教师的重要一环,也是检验和提升师范生职业竞争力的有效路径。Normal universities are the main bases for training prospective teachers.Local normal university students have high expectations of career orientation,insufficient experience in class management,and unsuitable knowledge structure.Voluntary teaching practice can help to cultivate students’professional qualities,consolidate their professional knowledge,improve their teaching skills,and promote their capability of self-development.Voluntary teaching practice is not only an important part of the training of prospective teachers,but also an effective way to test and enhance the professional competitiveness of normal university students.
