摘 要:目的通过梳理空间插值方法在恶性肿瘤的空间分布、病因学研究、综合防控诸方面的应用,为肿瘤学研究了解并应用空间信息技术提供便捷和深入的认知资源,并为肿瘤学与地球信息科学交叉融合研究提供可借鉴的思路。方法应用Web of Science、CNKI期刊全文检索系统,以"空间插值方法、恶性肿瘤、癌症、应用"为关键词,检索1990-2019年相关文献。纳入标准:(1)恶性肿瘤为研究对象;(2)以空间插值方法为主要研究方法。排除与本研究目的无关的文献,最终纳入分析57篇文献。结果空间插值方法可充分采用恶性肿瘤发病或死亡数据的空间信息,在弥补抽样统计数据缺陷的同时,有效减少混杂因素影响,获得更为科学合理的恶性肿瘤分布图、时空分布规律以及热点区域等空间分布研究结果。空间插值方法还可从空间角度进行病因学分析,为恶性肿瘤防控工作提供有效的科学决策与模型方法支持。结论空间插值方法在恶性肿瘤领域具有重要的研究与应用前景,不仅可以有效刻画肿瘤的时空分布、探究其变化规律,还可以为肿瘤的防控提供系列的解决方案。随着科学技术的不断发展,空间插值方法与肿瘤科学的研究和应用必将融合地更加紧密,也会产生细化的和新的交叉领域的研究方法。Objective By combing the application of spatial interpolation methods in the spatial distribution of malignant tumors,etiology research,comprehensive prevention and control,we hope to provide oncology researchers with convenient and in-depth cognitive resources for understanding and applying spatial information technology and provide references for the cross-integration of oncology and geo-information science.Methods Web of Science and CNKI full-text retrieval system were used,and the relevant literatures from 1990 to 2019 were searched with the keywords of "spatial interpolation method,malignant tumor,cancer,application".Inclusion criteria:(1)malignant tumor as the research object;(2)spatial interpolation method as the main research method.The literature that was not related to the purpose of this study were excluded,and finally 57 literatures were included and analyzed.Results The spatial interpolation method can make full use of the spatial information of malignant tumor morbidity or mortality data,while making up for the deficiency of sampling statistical data,effectively reduce the influence of confounding factors,and obtain a more scientific and reasonable malignant tumor distribution map,spatio-temporal distribution rules,and hot spots results of spatial distribution studies.The spatial interpolation method can also analyze the etiology from a spatial perspective,providing effective scientific decision-making and model method support for the prevention and control of malignant tumors.Conclusions Spatial interpolation method has important research and application prospects in the field of malignant tumors.It can not only effectively characterize the temporal and spatial distribution of tumors,and to explore their changes,but also provide a series of solutions for the prevention and control of tumors.With the continuous development of science and technology,the research and application of spatial interpolation methods and oncology will be more closely integrated,and detailed and new research methods in cross
