自制吸湿造口底盘联合艾条灸在33例造口周围重度皮炎患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨自制吸湿造口底盘联合艾条灸在DET评分≥7分的回肠造口周围重度皮炎患者中的应用效果。方法选取DET评分≥7分的回肠造口周围重度皮炎患者33例,应用自制吸湿造口底盘处理回肠造口周围皮炎,并在更换自制吸湿造口底盘时在皮炎区联合中医艾条灸,观察干预48小时、96小时、144小时造口周围皮炎的愈合情况。统计愈合时间和视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scales,VAS),每天更换造口袋次数。结果33例DET评分≥7回肠造口周围重度皮炎患者48小时皮炎痊愈率64%,96小时皮炎痊愈率100%。结论自制吸湿造口底盘应用于造口周围重度皮炎,不仅有效收集粪便,阻隔粪水渗漏刺激造口周围皮肤,还能有效吸收皮炎渗出液,结合应用中医艾条灸,达到加速皮炎的愈合效果。Objective To explore the effect of self-made hygroscopic chassis combined with moxa-roll moxibustion on severe dermatitis around ileostomy stoma with DET scores≥7.Methods Thirty-three patients with severe dermatitis around ileostomy stoma with DET scores≥7 were selected.The patients were intervened by the selfmade hygroscopic chassis for treatment of the dermatitis around the ileum stomy,and performing moxa-roll moxibustion during changing the self-made hygroscopic chassis.The healing of the dermatitis around the ileostomy stoma was observed at the 48th,96th and 144th intervention hour.The time for the healing of the dermatitis,VAS pain scores,and the frequency of changing the ostomy bag per day were counted.Results In the 33 patients with severe dermatitis around ileostomy stoma with DET scores≥7,the cure rate of dermatitis was 64% at the 48th intervention hour and was 100%at the 96th intervention hour.Conclusion The self-made hygroscopic chassis for the treatment of severe dermatitis around the ileostomy stoma can not only have the functions of effectively collecting feces and blocking fecal water leakage to stimulate the skin around the stoma,but also have the actions of effectively absorbing dermatitis exudate.The combination of self-made hygroscopic chassis with moxa-roll moxibustion can achieve the effect of accelerating the healing of dermatitis.
