摘  要:目的采用知识图谱分析国内肿瘤学教育的研究现状,获取研究热点。方法使用CiteSpace软件对2010~2020年中国知网(CNKI)数据库收录的肿瘤学教育研究领域文献的关键词、研究方向、作者以及研究机构进行统计分析。结果共纳入有效文献731篇。研究热点主要集中在基于问题的教学法(Problem based learning,PBL)、案例教学法(Case Study Based Learning,CBL)、多学科综合治疗(Multi-disciplinary team,MDT)、翻转课堂、肿瘤内科、临床肿瘤学、循证医学、肿瘤放射治疗、中医肿瘤学、肿瘤外科、规范化培训、研究生教育等领域。文献多为独立型研究,研究机构间的合作性较弱,持久性不足。结论知识图谱分析提示,目前我国肿瘤学教育的研究热点主要集中在多学科协作模式渗透、“云教育”兴起以及临床转化优势突出等方面,研究热点分析有助于提升肿瘤学教育的整体研究水平。Objective To analyze the research status of oncology education in China by mapping knowledge domains,so as to obtain the research hotspots.Methods CiteSpace5.7.r2 software was used to analyze the keywords,developing orientation,high-impact authors and main research institutions in the literature about oncology education research issued in CNKI from 2010 to 2020.Results A total of 731 effective literatures were included,with high-frequency keywords including problem based learning(PBL),case-study based learning(CBL),multi-disciplinary team(MDT),flipped classroom,oncology medicine,clinical oncology,evidencebased medicine,oncology radiotherapy,Chinese medicine oncology,oncology surgery,National Comprehensive Cancer Network(NCCN)guidelines,standardized training,postgraduate education,clinical practice,and medical students.Mostly of the studies were the independent research,with weak cooperation between research institutions and insufficient durability.Conclusion According to the results of mapping knowledge domain analysis,the current research hotspots of oncology education in China mainly focus on the explored application of multi-disciplinary cooperation mode,the rise and popularity of“cloud education”,and the outstanding advantages of clinical transformation.Further discussion on the research hotspots will help to improve the overall research level of oncology education.
