小儿推拿结合中药穴位贴敷治疗小儿脾虚泄泻证型临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:讨论小儿推拿、中药穴位贴敷联合治疗小儿脾虚泄泻证型的临床应用价值。方法:选取五华县中医医院76例小儿脾虚泄泻证型患儿,随机划分为两组。参照组予常规诊疗措施,观察组基在常规诊疗基础上增加应用小儿推拿、中药穴位贴敷联合治疗模式。结果:与参照组相比较,观察组患儿的治疗有效性显著提升(P <0.05),观察组患儿的给药起效时间、症状消退时间均明显缩短(P <0.05)。结论:小儿推拿、中药穴位贴敷联合治疗小儿脾虚泄泻证型的临床应用价值较为理想,有利于缓解患儿的临床症状,提升临床治疗效率,加快患儿病情的康复进程,有利于患儿获得良好预后。Objective: To discuss the clinical application value of pediatric massage plus acupoint application of TCM medicine in the treatment of diarrhea of spleen deficiency syndrome. Methods: 76 cases in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The reference group was given routine diagnosis and treatment measures, and the observation group was given pediatric massage plus acupoint application of TCM medicine more. Results: Compared with the reference group, the effectiveness in the observation group was significantly improved(P<0.05), and the time of administration onset and the time of symptom resolution were significantly shortened in the observation group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The clinical application value of pediatric massage plus acupoint application of TCM medicine in the treatment of diarrhea of spleen deficiency syndrome is relatively ideal. It is beneficial to alleviate the clinical symptoms, improve the efficiency, speed up the recovery process, and get a good prognosis.
