摘　　要：杨建新主任医师经过多年的临床实践经验,在总结《伤寒杂病论》辨治眩晕特色的基础上,认为前庭性偏头痛为少阳枢机不利,胆火郁结,痰饮阻滞清阳所致。故治当以和解少阳,枢转气机,涤痰化饮,柔肝息风为基本治则。杨主任在治眩名方小柴胡汤、泽泻汤等基础上临证化裁,自拟加味泽泻汤,临床取得了较好的疗效。Chief Physician Yang Jianxin, after many years of clinical practice, based on the summary of the characteristics of the diagnosis and treatment for vertigo in Shanghan Zabing Lun(《伤寒杂病论》). He believes that the pathogenesis of vestibular migraine is the cardinal disadvantage of Shaoyang(少阳), Huo(火) stagnation in the gallbladder, and Qingyang(清阳) block caused by Tanyin(痰饮). Therefore, the basic principle of treatment should be reconciling Shaoyang, pivoting Qiji(气机), purifying Tanyin, and softening the liver to relax Feng(风). Based on the famous prescription of the Xiaochaihu decoction(小柴胡汤) and the Zexie decoction(泽泻汤), Chief Physician Yang treated the disease and gained good clinical effects.
